Fund Management and Fund Security ?

After the registration with OSC, the Weizhen Tang Corporation will designate a fund custodian and set up a dedicated trust account. The fund custodian will be elected and appointed from among major trust companies, four major Canadian banks and the Prime Brokers. The fund custodian and the trust account will function as the Corporation¡¯s fund manager and transaction executive, who will be responsible for the administration of fund affairs and creating specific statements and other accounting and auditing documents.

Freedom of Fund Withdrawal?

We provide our clients with complete freedom in terms of fund withdrawal. The procedure requires the client to submit a written notification to the Weizhen Tang Corporation in advance. Within ten working days after the notification is received, the Corporation will deliver the withdrawn amount to the client in the form of a cheque or other means of payment preferred by the client. If the remaining balance of the account is less than the management charges due, the Corporation will deduct the management charges first and then give the rest back to client.

How to File Tax?

Within one to two months after the end of each fiscal year (12/31), the Weizhen tang Corporation will send a tax form to the investor for filing tax to the government.

How are management fees charged?

We operate on the principle of ¡°no-profit-no-charge¡±. There is no charge on the first 6% profit of the investment. From the profit portion above 6%, we charge 25% as our management fee. As an example, if our yearly return is 56%, the actual investment return that the client gets is 43.5%.
