Good morning!

It was a total surprise that I got a warant of arrest before OSC complete its investigation and before you visit my home and my rational investors. I know it is your job to investigate. You must know that I am good people and public figure who also work for the public interest, especially investors` interests. Most people do not how. It will be clear after OSC and your full investigation.

I am innocent and welcome any investigations and respect the legal process very much, It is the world watching Canada and us, news is sensational and surprised to the world.

To be honest, i have nothing to do with fraud and have most of investors and public support, a frauster could not ever dreamed to have, you will find out yourself later.

I have changed my travel schedule to accommodate your work and co-operation at the earliest and fast speed possible. I do not have money to buy a ticket, but have a aeroplan to have a ticket.
