Dear Weizhen Tang Team Members:

I am writing to you at this point of our crisis to remind you that this is NOT a moment of defeat, but a great opportunity in this crisis against me. But we must ACT NOW, proactively, pre-emptively, smartly!

As a member of my team, you must take great action NOW.

As you know, my team consists of top experts like you, to help me restore my reputation and future, as one of the world`s emerging top investors, top business and community society leaders. We must act quickly now, if we are to restore my name, and seize the opportunity that results from the crisis created against me, wrongfully!

As part of my immediate great steps forward, may I introduce you in my letter/email here, to Mr. William Wen, Jr. Mr. Wen and his family are amongst the most respected and successful Chinese family in Canada and the world. Amongst their many successes, Mr. Wen and his family help to bring friendship, understanding and world respect and recognition to the Chinese Government and peoples of China, and the Chinese peoples of the world.

So I would ask that you, all my team members should accord Mr. Wen, the proper respect and courtesy, of his success; and as my personal, official direct representative. Mr. Wen represents me in all matters.

Of course, my team includes experts like you. But so that you know, my team includes experts in Canadian and US investments; public relations; media;legal; IT; international business, investment and marketing! We shall win in the investigations against me, by SEC, OSC and MTP.

To help me achieve this, I would like to advise you officially with this letter/email, that Mr. William Wen, Jr., is my Chief of Staff of my entire team. He shall lead the effort to help clear my name with SEC, OSC, MTP; clear my name and reputation with the media, the peoples of North America and the world!

But as you know, my goal is NOT only to clear my name, but also to seize upon the great opportunity that this crisis has created to me, and my vision, to become the world`s great investor and investment training company. And here too, Mr. Wen shall help my team to achieve this.

I want to ensure that we can ACT NOW, immediately. So this letter/email should help begin the formal structure and ACTION. Some of you say that you require a letter or document from me, Weizhen Tang, to authorize and appoint a representative to me. For example, some of my lawyers have mentioned they need authorization to allow me to share information and speak freely about my case and strategy. This letter/email by me now should give you that kind of authorization, to recognize Mr. Wen as my approved and authorized representative in all matters. You may release any and all information regarding my dealings with you.

As part of my part, I expect and need ACTION NOW. So let us begin!

If any more is required by anyone, please contact Mr. Wen directly, and he shall contact me to clarify. I need and want ACTION NOW, please. Let`s act smartly, pre-emptively, proactively NOW! Everyday, everyone of my team must act, if we are to win, clear my name and seize my opportunity to be the world`s great investor.
