Weizhen Tang declares his innocence upon the anniversary of the death of his mother, one of his greatest inspirations

Toronto, Canada -- At this special time of year, at Easter, I offer my pledge of redemption.

Because some of my investors, and some people in the media and public, spread rumour and exaggeration prematurely about me and my business; my life, that of my family; and my dear friends and dear investors is damaged so very much.

And the image and future of the Chinese peoples in Canada, America and China is harmed.

So at this Easter, I want to promise all the these, and the peoples of Ontario, Canada and the world, that I shall do everything that I can, to seek redemption. Firstly, as I have always promised, I shall seek to redeem myself to my investors, both financially and spiritually. To achieve the return of their monies that they entrusted to me.

Secondly, to all the peoples of Ontario, America, Canada and the world, I seek, I ask their patience and understanding, so that I can redeem the investor, community and public trust.

I am saddened by the exaggerations, misinformations, about my business values and activity. With Easter, I urge such media and public attacks to end, so that I can instead prove my innocence in the court of law, with the fairness and justice, that is the right of all peoples in Canada, America and the world.

By fate and irony, this holy Easter weekend is also the weekend of the death of my dear mother. She was one of the great inspirations and good in my life. She died on April 13, 2006. But in life, she raised me to respect and help people, and society. I have always lived by these values; and in this dark times, I do not turn my back on my investors and friends; nor my mother`s lifetime of good deeds, her memory.

To my family, my friends, investors, the public and media.. I thank you for your support already; and ask for your continued support, as I seek redemption of the legacy of my mother, my reputation and my investment vision and business.

Please be assured that I shall not forget, and I ask you all also, not to forget, the life and the death of my mother; the good values that she taught to me. I am innocent, and I shall prove this; so I can help protect the dignity and reputation of my mother, of my investors, and the Chinese peoples of Ontario, America, Canada and the world; of all good peoples in the world.
