Now that the undesired thing has happened, I just have to face the reality. Knowing that 15 of my clients have filed a report to the police, I think it is helpful for the clarification of the matter. Of course, it will affect my plan of returning the funds (to my clients), but I have no other choice at the moment but to face it with a positive attitude. Though the judicial proceedings will take quite a process and a great deal of my time and energy, it should be viewed as the best and most effective but undesired way to clear my name. Just like others, I look forward to the impartial verdict of the court.

Many people believe that my purpose of attracting investments from clients is to take and possess them personally, thus it is a Ponzi scheme. What has made them think so is the lack of understanding of me. You may have your suspicion, but don’t jump to the conclusion too early. Now that the matter has been reported to police, truth will prevail eventually. There have been no criminal charges against me yet, but some media have already put trumped-up accusations on me, which have badly damaged my reputation. When the proper moment arrives, I will call a legal action against them and at least use part of the compensations as refund of your investments.

For both Ponzi and Madoff, their purpose is to take possession of the funds of the clients by deception. However, I am by no means like them, so I am not afraid of the judicial process. Though some of my actions were not appropriate in the process of financing, they were conducted only for the purpose of investment and for verifying my investment philosophy so that I can lead my clients on to the path of prosperity. The ongoing investigation will prove this fact. It is my belief in the investment theory that I have been advocating that has motivated me to struggle because I need a certain environment and platform for the execution of my theory. In this process, my priority is to accumulate funds. Only with the adequate fund size can I expect to achieve maximum fund security and investment returns.

Being in constant pursuit of a great cause, I have created and developed my thought and theory from long-term practice in the field of financial investment. The extensive financial market of the world has revealed to me a broad arena, and makes me believe that I will eventually succeed as long as I have the right theory and work hard enough. My original plan was to attract grand institutional investments first through the promotion of my theory, then manipulate the theory and the corresponding security control mechanism to maintain the steady one percent growth, thus making my commitment come true.

I am not like Ponzi or Madoff, because even my car is a leased one. To me, the current trouble is only a temporary setback on my journey to success. For a seasoned investor with over 15 years of market experience, earning scores of millions of dollars is not a target out of reach. Therefore, I will not give up. I need your continued support, but even without it, I will carry on bravely.
