How difficult is it for a person who has sinned and lost all trust to stand up again? Because I cannot timely return your investments, I have caused you great pain. Now, I would like to let you know, I am already in action! I am going to implement the most effective methods to alleviate your pain.

I steadfastly believe that failure and treachery are different in nature. The difference is in the resulting action. Since February 27th, I have faced everyone with honesty, not denying or hiding. In the face of almost total objection, I posted thePublic Letters to Partners, honestly facing society. A technical error and intentional theft of funds are totally different. I am only currently incapable of returning your funds, and that does not mean I never will. I will even suffer personal losses to consistently return your debt. How have I become a thief? I would like to apologize to you and tell you I will no longer cause you harm. Hereafter, I will try my best to use words to face you, making me more stern and cautious.

A man with a great ambition ought to be able to weather the test of setbacks and time. I sincerely request that I be given another chance merely for the sake of recovering your hard-earned money and reviving the honour of overseas Chinese. A re-emerged Weizhen Tang will be in the best interest of all of you. I used to take it as my great mission to add glory to overseas Chinese.
